ju77 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the ju77 website accessible at ju77.io, including all associated pages, services, products, and features.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ju77 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of the Platform for all deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet a bonus amount before that amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.

By registering an Account on ju77, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and refrain from registering an Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

To access the full features of the ju77 Platform, Players must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
• Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ju77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player failed to protect their password.
• Players must notify ju77 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account or believe their login credentials have been compromised.
• ju77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
• Corporate entities, trusts, syndicates, and any form of non-personal legal entity are not permitted to register Accounts on the Platform. Accounts are for individual natural persons only.

Access to the ju77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is an absolute condition of participation and is not subject to exception or waiver under any circumstances.

• ju77 conducts mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Players may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or additional documentation at any stage of their membership.
• Where ju77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended pending verification. During this period, no bets may be placed and no withdrawals may be processed.
• If a Player is confirmed to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be declared void, any deposits made will be returned where technically feasible and legally required, and any winnings will be forfeited in full.
• ju77 cooperates fully with any applicable regulatory or law enforcement authority investigating underage gambling activity.

All financial transactions on the ju77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player tier and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are credited to a Player's Account in real time following successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. ju77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• ju77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt. However, withdrawal processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.
• Players may only withdraw funds that have been earned through genuine gameplay. Deposits that have not been used to place any wagers may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.
• ju77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ju77 accepts no responsibility.
• ju77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before approving any withdrawal. Where a Player cannot substantiate ownership of the payment method used, the withdrawal may be declined.

ju77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the following general rules:

• Bonus funds are awarded separately from real-money funds and are held in the Player's Account as a distinct balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all welcome and deposit match bonuses is 30 times (30x) the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotional terms. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the stipulated period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• ju77 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of systematic exploitation, abuse, or collusion by Players seeking to advantage themselves or others through bonus mechanisms.
• Players who are found to have created multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts permanently closed.
• Bonuses and promotional offers are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value outside of their application within the Platform under the applicable terms.
• Seasonal promotions timed around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, T20 World Cup, and other culturally significant events will be governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform in advance of the promotional period.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the ju77 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds are fixed and cannot be changed by either party, except in the circumstances described below.
• ju77 reserves the right to void any bet — before or after the event — where there is evidence of obvious pricing error, market suspension failure, data feed corruption, or where the integrity of the relevant sporting event is in question.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. ju77 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for temporary market suspension during live events.
• For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — all bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather, or replayed, ju77 will apply the settlement rules applicable to that market as published in the Platform's cricket betting rules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Current payout limits are displayed within the cashier and betting interface. ju77 reserves the right to reduce payout limits for specific markets or events without prior notice.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, arbitrage systems, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ju77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without compensation:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Using any software, tool, system, or strategy designed to give an artificial advantage over the Platform's house edge, including card counting software, game manipulation exploits, or data-scraping tools.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or intimidating other Players or ju77 staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without that Player's express permission.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies to place bets that would not be available under normal operating conditions.

All content on the ju77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ju77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or use the Platform in a manner that exceeds normal personal use.

The ju77 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorised use of any such marks is strictly prohibited.

ju77 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Players. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the ju77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that ju77 will collect and process personal data — including identity documents, payment information, betting history, and device data — for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Full details of the data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.

ju77 will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialise your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

ju77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain healthy, controlled gaming habits. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase to a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session reminders that notify them of the time elapsed during a gaming session, helping them maintain awareness of their playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Check: The Platform provides on-screen prompts that display the Player's current session duration and net gaming position at configurable intervals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ju77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including during scheduled maintenance or unplanned downtime.
• Delays or failures in the transmission of bets, data, or payment instructions attributable to third-party networks or payment providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of relying on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match data, or promotional content.
• Unauthorised access to your Account by a third party where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ju77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, ju77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ju77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ju77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to withdraw your Account balance, contact our support team before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. In the event of a dispute between a Player and ju77, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Players should first contact ju77 customer support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. ju77 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter informally within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to the ju77 compliance team. ju77 will provide a written response within 28 calendar days of receipt of the formal complaint.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the Player remains dissatisfied following the formal complaint response, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. Details of available escalation routes will be provided in the formal complaint response.

Players may not bring any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against ju77 in any jurisdiction. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
